Fall Fair on Salt Spring Island and a whole lot more!

Fall Fair is almost upon us, and I highly recommend a visit to our little Island, experience our local community, and get a real flavour of the people here.

September 12 & 13th 9am - 6pm.

Hundreds of people, wonder through dozens of exhibits, showcasing all sorts of farm animals, and demonstrations. Sheep Shearing, sheep dog competitions, zucchini races and the like. The Hall is filled with locals that enter their goodies, like prize jams, cakes, chutneys, flowers, plants, knitwear, crochet, patchwork quilts, amazing photography and loads more. It is a showcase of the incredible artisans in this community, and its really touching and beautiful to witness the beauty in everything.

Music is always a selection of live bands and there is a beer tent for the weary!

At the same time, the Saturday market is on, I will be there with my products (all my organic, therapeutic skin care products) along with hundreds of other artisans.

Salt Spring is a cacophony of folk that moved here from all over the world and Canada. All ages and stages. United in the fact they love our beautiful community. Shared interests and the arts, creativity and nature unite us all.

Lots of stalls selling local goodies, and businesses sharing their expertise too.

Come and see for yourselves, what the flavour of Salt Spring is all about and take in the friendly, creative atmosphere.

The rest of September, has lots to offer too. Lots going on at Artspring, our local theatre, check out their site. We also host the very best Apple Fest in the world (lol). That happens on SundaySeptember 27th, 2026 at Fulford Hall. Visit www.saltspringapplefestival.org for more info. Tour local orchards or just visit the hall and see the hundreds of varieties of apples that grow here. Bring your mystery apples here and locals will name them for you!!

They will have a stand at the Fall Fair this year so you can chat with Cindy and ask all your questions! The crispy chill in the morning, the fall walks and the seasonal beautiful weather this time of year, makes a visit here worth your while.
